Thursday Leg Day!!

I have a love hate relationship with leg day....here we go!

All exercises 3 sets X 10-12 reps

Leg Extensions

Barbell Wide Stance squat (you want that nice booty? this is how you get it!!)

Barbell lunge

Kettle Bell one legged deadlift

Lying Leg Curls

Seated Calf Raises

Standing Calf Raises
